Every one of us faces stress every day. Practically, stress is unavoidable, and if you suffer from some sort of anxiety disease you are already familiar with the fact that the exceeded stress is one of common causes of such mental disorders.
You probably know that you should do a lot to diminish the stress in whichever ways possible, or at least change your attitude towards it, to learn to cope with it. Minimizing or diminishing the stress to certain, acceptable norm is really something worth working on, day after day. Exceeded stress lead to various psychical deviations and it can affect you quite negatively. Exceeded stress is one of the main triggers of the panic attack, and you don’t want one of those. It is so, because fight mechanism gets activated quite easily when you are stressed.
As you all may know, there are lot of stress causers. And they aren’t same for everyone- what represents the stress for you don’t necessarily have to present a stress to somebody else. However, some of the common stress causes are bad time organization, low physical activity, unequal nutrition, dissatisfaction with current job, with your love life, bad relationship with other people and so on. Now, when familiar with what stress is, let’s see what you can do to diminish the stress. Organize your time! Begin your day on time; don’t sleep until late in day. If you have job or school obligations, plan when you’ll have them done, don’t let yourself be late. Learn to say no when you have enough time to satisfy everyone. Think about yourself and your own priorities. Exercise some physical activity.
It is scientifically proven that physical activity affect stress diminishing positively. Physical activity is absolutely needed, because it keeps your complete organism at good form, it regulates blood pressure, positively affects your psyche, relaxes your muscles and influents the breathing very well. You can start walking, at the beginning, every day a little, and then you may start jogging, for instance. Swimming is also an excellent choice. Eat plenty of food. Your nutrition should contain as much fruits, vegetables, fish and sea food as possible. Chicken is pretty good, as well. You can implement some multivitamin addition to it, as well. Keep in mind that multivitamin supplements can’t be the replacement to good food, but are only nutritive additions.
Think about what you want in life and move towards your aim’s accomplishment from day to day. This is essential because you must have some sort of motivation, something that will push you further and stimulate you more to work on yourself and progress. If there is something in life that bothers you, or you simply don’t like it, do something about it, otherwise that amount of additional psychic stress will agglomerate in you unnecessarily. If you don’t like your job, change it, or make a goal to yourself that you will find a better job in future. If you can afford, start your own business. Laugh a lot. Make things simple. Sometimes you need to stop and think: What is the worst thing that could happen to you?
