Hay fever

• Take plenty of vitamin C to lower the histamine in your body. Histamine triggers hay fever.

• You can take some medications to cure the symptoms. You can not finish the cause of hay fever but you can deal with the symptoms.

• You can keep a record of things that you do before you get the hay fever attack. This helps you know what to avoid.
