7. You can go for swimming and enjoy your hobby just like other people. However, you should always ask a friend to accompany you.
8. You can add more padding under your carpet to make sure you do not get hurt incase you fall down.
9. You can keep the water in your bathtub low. This ensures that you do not drown incase you have a seizure during bath time.
10. Avoid smoking and kitchen as these could expose you to fire incase you have seizures.
